Excellent Greek food. We all got something different and everything was perfect. My friend got the Branzini, and they fileted it at the table and it was wonderful (she gave me a taste of it). Another friend got the lamb shank, and it was terrific too. I got the Moussaka, and it was great. We're going back!

Server Robbie is always great! He goes above and beyond and is very thoughtful. He always makes sure our steaks come out perfect.

We had a great experience at Copper Canyon! Josh was our server, and he did a great job taking care of us. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. The whole team clearly worked together to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely make an effort to come back to this location!

The service was exceptional! Great dining experience. The food was tasty. Some items were reasonably priced and others I think a bit high, but not unreasonably so. Half price wine on Mondays.
