The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Love the Christmas decorations! The lemon drop martini was excellent. I had the beet salad, probably one of the best I have ever had and I had the rigatoni, it was delicious. Their red sauce is delicious. My dad had a glass of red wine, which he loved and he had chicken parm, it was excellent. Big portions!

This place is a special gem! Service, food and beverages are all outstanding! By far one of our most favorite places…everyone we tell tries it and loves it too! Special thanks and shout out to the team for their amazing service on our most recent visit. Now if only some of the Buffalo Bills would come in to try it out too…

First time there, waiter was great, quick service and appetizer came out fast and hot. Meals were delicious and cooked right. We had a few drinks, they were good, they tasted a little different, maybe done by two different bartenders but good. I would try Rick’s again.
