In the square of the village of Saturnia in Tuscany, a few kilometers from the famous naturals hotsprings, the natural wine and organic EVO olive oil of Fattoria La Maliosa meet the agricultural cuisine of the Maremma tradition. Thanks to the collaboration with small local producers, we tell the story of the territory with our food and wine proposals, prepared with quality raw materials and at km0. Our chef Francesca takes care of the dishes down to the smallest detail, from preparation to plating, enriching them with aromatic herbs and edible flowers, picked every day from her garden. To complete the dishes, the Aurinia organic EVO olive oil, winner of the Gambero Rosso Three Leaves, enhances each course.
