Tony＆Kathy Pietosoが1989年に元のCafe Napoliをオープンした時、すぐに成功しました。あまりの好結果に、より大きな場所（住所：7754 Forsyth Blvd）に移動することになりました。2003年に、息子のAndeとKyeは、おしゃれなカクテルラウンジBar Napoliを追加することによって、彼らのファミリーレストランを拡張しました。数年後、Bar NapoliにNapoli Reserveが加わり、プライベートイベントスペースや週末の追加のバー＆ラウンジの利用が可能になりました。レストランは繁栄を続け、2008年にNapoli2が誕生しました。 Café NapoliとBar Napoliでは最近、内外の改築が行われました。Kyeは父親から引き継ぎ、今では743㎡の店舗を先導しています。キッチンでは、ヘッドシェフのChip Batesがチームに加わり、地域のイタリア料理に新鮮なアイデアと技術革新をもたらしています。 スポーツ選手や有名人に人気のCafé Napoliは、セントルイスエリアで見逃せないスポットです。
