Amazing experience, food and service where excellent! Drinks as well

The food was really good, especially the makoto salad and the Chilean sea bass. We also had shrimp tempura, fried chicken dumplings, the branzino and vegetable fried rice. For dessert, we had the chocolate mousse and tres leches. Everything was a solid 9/10. Our server was great and everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely go back.

I had the pleasure of dining at Kaandela, an elevated yet casual, haute cuisine, quiet luxury concept that is a gastronomic gem. The farm to table menu is inspired by the region and uses ancestral techniques to create an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors. The restaurant’s general manager Luis Afú, gave me the rock star treatment with a personal tour of Amarla, the boutique hotel which houses the restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all truly exceptional. They exceeded all my expectations and created a memorable evening filled with genuine artistry. Their executive chef José Aparicio is worthy of a Michelin star, his passion shines through the menu he is executing at Kaandela, it’s fire!
