A family owned boutique bar located in Wentworth Point as part of the Marina Square complex. A large list of great tasting signature and classic cocktails. The Dancing Bear is also managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 100 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. Just a few popular cocktails include the "Smoked Old Fashioned", "White Passion Martini" and our best seller the "Yuzu Sour". All with their own quirks and experience. Bougee bar food like Butter Chicken Jaffel, Lamb Kafta Jaffel, Mexicana dip with Chicharron and Salmon lettuce cups.As we are so close to Olympic park there is many easy access options. Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.
