Amazing experience. Went for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Food was incredibly delicious, amazing people and empowering vibe. We loved it. Will be definitely going back soon.

A great little find in downtown Tampa. Very fair pricing for the location. Penne Vodka was excellent and the Margherita Pizza was as well. My wife said the Tomato Basil soup she had was one of the best she’s tasted. Our waitress was also very helpful and friendly.

We always have a great time when we come to the Gin Joint. I never hesitate to bring friends or family to this classy, comfortable, and eclectic place. The mood is right, music is groovy, and food and drinks are always delicious!

Excellent meal from start to finish. My wife and I split appetizers, Gorgonzola salad and crab cakes. My only disappointment was the amount of bread filler in the middle of the crab cakes. Plenty of very good jumbo lump on the outside, mostly bread on the entire inside. I had the filet and onion rings for dinner and my wife the sea bass with scallops. Both dishes were outstanding. We will definitely go back.

Chef Ebbe does it again. Laid back, counter top eating. All the plates and silverware are in front of you at the bar. Ocean our bar tender, server and barista was fun. The menu is seafood forward, but also includes chicken, steak and pork. The food was amazing. The salmon eclair kicked off the meal and was mind blowing, as was the beetroot tartare. The curried pike pearch, the schnitzel were both perfectly prepared and balanced with the accompanying vegetables. Didn’t save room for dessert, but there’s always a next time.
