Sherry was our server and tour guide through the drink and dinner menu. She was outstanding, taking care of us on our first visit.

This was our second visit to Kai. We dined here on a night when things were running slow, which was a little irritating, however they were apologetic and there was a mess up in the kitchen that delayed getting an entree and they made it right for us by offering a quick substitution and comping something for us. I am glad they recognized the error and did their best to correct it. The drinks and sushi were very good. I would come again, as I think we caught them on a night when things were abnormally behind.

Walked in and immediately go seated. Didn’t take long to get our food. Everything was immaculate. Great experience and I had a great bday
