José Crested Butte is a modern Mexican restaurant with a focus on Guadalajara and Oaxaca-inspired cuisine. Its menu offers a range of chef-driven dishes (think tacos, carnitas, and ceviche) served alongside an extensive tequila collection and cocktail menu that includes José’s famous Squozen margarita. Located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte at the Elevation Hotel & Spa, José offers a casual, inviting indoor and outdoor environment that is perfect for all-day, slope-side dining and après ski.
