We had an excellent lunch. The service was very good despite the pub being busy. The food was presented very well and very tasty. We were very pleased to be able to have the steak dinner for two that included a bottle of wine. Highly recommended

A very cosy environment and a busy atmosphere gave the Fleece a really nice buzz. There was some big tables in enjoying Xmas work meals and so we were advised that service may be a little slower but in fact everything went very smoothly. The staff were all very friendly and professional despite being busy All the food was delicious, the service excellent and the choice of 0% beer very good! Portions were decent, there were some nice ‘gastro’ touches like the crisp chicken skin accompanying the Chicken Schnitzel and the truffle mayo. And the Tiramisu was stunning! All in all, great food, friendly service and a cosy venue

Reasonable choice, good quality and excellent service. Wine list lacked much variety.
