Came on Valentine's Day. Food was excellent, service was great. Overall very nice experience.

Janet, our hostess/waitress was very friendly. She sat us, asked if we wanted water, opened our wine, gave us time. We ordered an app and our meals. Food was excellent and very hot upon arrival.

We loved our dinner at Peter Shields. The atmosphere was very relaxing, formal yet cozy. I had the lobster bisque and sea bass. Both were wonderful. I loved the presentation of the lobster bisque. The sea bass was cooked so delicately and served with great truffled risotto and a little frizzy salad that went perfectly with succulent fish. The pianist was excellent. There is a card on the table that you can request songs to be played. My husband had the pianist play our wedding dance song. I just loved it. Appreciated the coat check too! It’s all in the details…Perfect date night restaurant.

Outstanding food; highly recommend the braised short rib beef, lemon potatoes and caesar salad with grilled brussel sprouts.
