We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our evening at Coopers Hawk. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They’re very well staffed. The food was all freshly made. We had a really yummy buratta and sausage flat bread to start and although the pretzel rolls aren’t healthy it was warm and enjoyed. The menu is very big and can accommodate different palates. I had a “life balance” (healthier/lower calorie) salmon dish and my partner enjoyed a short rib risotto. We finished the evening with a warm Cookie with Tilamook ice cream. We will be back.

I met a friend for lunch, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food and drinks were great, and our server Amanda was awesome! I’ve always enjoyed Coopers Hawk and I will definitely be back soon.

Da Francesco is my go to Restaurant when I am in the mood for great Italian dishes. As always, our visit today was top notch food and service. I will definitely be back again ….. and again….and again.

Our server Sophia was excellent. Attentive, helpful and even asked the Chef his opinion after giving us her recommendation on my husbands main course selection. Food was great but price point was a tad bit high in our opinion. This was our second visit and a much better experience. Our first visit was our staff’s Christmas party. We did not have a good experience. The food was subpar and our server was terrible. It was a huge disappointment and honestly we would have not tried again if it wasn’t for the bonus gift cards that we received from our gift card purchase over the holidays. Glad we gave your place a second chance.
