EXCELLENT LUNCH! Pisco sour so good. Causa exactly what it should be. Cod tasty and crave-able. Restaurant itself is lively, lovely and comfortable. I've eaten a lot of Peruvian food. I've cooked a lot of Peruvian. This is legit. I'll be back! O

Our steaks were flavored and cooked to perfection. The creamed corn and garlic mash are to die for as is the very decadent butter cake. Yumm. My only caution is that if you want a booth, specific table or to be seated in your favorite waiters section, you should call after making your reservation and do not anticipate they will read the notes in your open table preferences. But going here is worth every penny. I suggest you request Jeff/Jeffrey as is hands down the best server we’ve ever had.

The seafood was fresh and wonderful. The service was very good. The ambiance is comfortable and well thought out. Our server was David and he is an obvious pro. If you want a great experience then this is the restaurant to select for the best seafood in Bellevue.

Carmine's sets the bar for excellence in cuisine and service. I've dined here often and the staff are consistently attentive, helpful and polite. Menu and wine selections are outstanding. My only complaint is that it is always hard to choose what to drink and eat! Fortunately, it's all delicious.

First time coming, won’t be the last. Exquisite food, savory burgers, mouth watering garlic solo shoestring fries….date night can’t come fast enough!
