Food was delicious and the waitress Carrie was very good

Everything was excellent like usual, except the salad was brown

The seats, while beautiful (and probably original) need to be re-upholstered. Sit down slowly as you will inevitably be sitting on the frame of the chairs and not any kind of cushion. It’s the little touches that make fine dining an experience and having cheap single use butter in plastic containers takes away from that experience. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and service but the Copper Room, and by extension, the entire hotel, need some loving attention. It’s not what it used to be and you do not get what you pay for.

The service from start to finish was excellent, would highly recommend Earls Chilliwack!
