The endless parade of grilled meats, expertly prepared and presented by the friendly gauchos, was truly impressive. From the tender and juicy picanha to the flavorful and spicy linguiça, each bite was a masterpiece. And don't even get me started on the salad bar! The vast selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and breads was a delightful surprise. The feijoada bar was also a nice touch, offering a variety of traditional Brazilian sides. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive waiters who ensured our glasses were always full and our plates were never empty. Overall, Texas de Brazil is a dining experience unlike any other. So handy to have this wonderful dining experience right before a performance! We will do this again!

Had a wonderful dining experience for Valentine's Day, dinner. Had to increase the reservation a few days prior and 801 graciously accommodated. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting and were seated promptly. Our main server was extremely friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about every item we asked about on the menu. The serving team that assisted were also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There were 4 people in our party & everything we ordered tasted absolutely amazing! The family style sides were definitely a great choice, so we could all try different things and not a single option disappointed! I highly recommend 801 Chophouse for any special occasion! My only regret is that the cost is on the higher end, at least for my budget. And I wish I could frequent this wonderful restaurant more often!

The food was very good. Service was good. Wines by the glass are Ok but could use a little work. Our cocktails were well made by the bartender and good.

We were only briefly in town for 2 nights and wanted a great steak dinner. We found Sullivan's through Open Table and easily made a reservation. Once we arrived after walking a few short blocks from our hotel, we were seated promptly. We both ordered a delicious glass of Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley) after looking over the expansive wine list. My friend and I decided to share the NY strip, medium rare, and it was perfect! Quite possibly the best steak I've ever had! Perfectly seasoned and prepared. No joke! We also ordered the brussel sprouts and they were delicious as well. Savory, NOT the usual at other restaurants that add sweet balsamic glaze. Our server was new (he said) but was very attentive and over all we had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has an upscale ambiance yet quite comfortable. Well done, Sullivan's!
