I had the pleasure of dining at Cortina for three nights, and each visit was a delight. The restaurant offers a refined take on classic Italian comfort food, with standout dishes like the tartare and pasta. The agnolotti, in particular, was exceptional—perfectly crafted and bursting with flavor. The minestrone broth was unlike anything I've ever tasted: delicate, subtly herb-forward, and beautifully balanced. The cocktail program is top-notch, and the sommelier consistently nails wine pairings, elevating the entire experience.

Your choice of prix fixe with 4 courses or 6. Hot wine toddy was just what you need after riding the lift! Wonderful experience all around with very attentive service.
