Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit. Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels. Always enjoy the Blue Bar. It is a lovely place for a meal of any kind. Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food is expensive but it is always high quality. Never disappoints

A lovely experience this evening in the Clermont we were delighted with our meal and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were there for an early meal after six so it was nice and quiet till just before we were leaving at eight which was when it was starting to get busy. I prefer it when it’s quieter so will be booking again for the 6.15 slot. Definitely worth going the menu has something for everyone and nice for a special occasion.
