Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests.     It’s my birthday and I wanted to share it with my family. There 9 of us and the cost was about $50 per person. Unlike another upscale restaurant we have been to for the celebration, no cake, no mention of why we were there. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. The order was incorrect but they did rectify it immediately. The place was crowded and our table was dark that I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the menu. The food was alright but slightly cold mashed potatoes. It was a memorable evening and I will cherish spending time with my family but I think for the price I paid, I could have at the very least been treated a little better.

    I highly recommend Bourbon Prime. My husband and I stay regularly in Morgantown as we drive from NYC to Lexington KY to see family. Bourbon Prime is now one of my favorite restaurants! The food (we all had steak) was delicious (main and sides) and readable priced for quality and portion size. The wine selection is small but solid and, again, very reasonably priced. And the service is EXCELLENT—friendly and efficient. We look forward to our next meal there!
