We attended Blue River Bistro for Christmas dinner. We got there a bit earlier than our booking and even on such a busy night, they accommodated us and had our table ready early. The service was amazing and the food even better. If we come back to Breckenridge, we’ll be sure to stop by Blue River Bistro again!

Came here visiting from Texas, just got engaged and man the food and service was perfect to end our night. We got Colorado Lamb Chops and they were off the hook! The service was great as well!

We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!

We really enjoyed our meal here! The food was tasty and perfectly prepared, the service was excellent, and the overall vibe in there was great!

Went on a slow Tuesday, so it was pretty quiet. I imagine weekends and peak season it could be noisier since it is a very open space. Food was fantastic...Solid burger and excellent Shrimp & Grits. Big portions too for a resort town. Service was quick and friendly, but it was a little confusing who our actual server was. We had like 4 or 5 people come to the table to help us. Not a big deal, just odd. With the good food, excellent value, and convenient location, this is going to become one of our go-to options in Breckenridge.
