The recently restored, Billson’s Brewery, in the heart of Beechworth, offers a family friendly menu featuring local produce and an extensive drinks menu including the full range of traditional cordials, classic sodas, hand crafted spirits, beers on tap and cocktails.The regionally inspired menu is available across three unique dining spaces. The Taproom restaurant, boasting 16 taps, cushioned booths and expansive dining tables provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. While downstairs in the brewery cellar the Speakeasy bar will transport you back to the roaring 20’s. Had such a good time at Billson’s! The staff were so lovely and the food was amazing! We all came away ready to enter our food comas. Highly recommended I was impressed on the speed of service considering how many patrons were present.
