Most global cuisines have a specialty food served on a stick and that is the predominant menu theme, amongst another delicious tapas ideal for group sharing. The bar team at “Stick” will also be serving high quality cocktails that are now one of the latest revival beverage/bar trends. The cocktail recipes will follow the Codex system that simplifies the concept behind complex recipes. Terrific ambience with uninterrupted views over the river. The service was good with friendly helpful staff ... maybe a little slow at times but we were not in a rush. Great food with nice variety and some happy surprises. They really know how to make a sauce! Absolute stand out for the area.

Lunch. 3 of us. Aperitifs, then Pinot noir Entrees: Oysters were perfect! Turkey Caesar salad with a twist ✅ Mains: pork belly with gnocchi and apple cider sauce ✅ Herb crusted venison , pomme duchesse & pumpkin purée ✅ beef eye fillet (rare), mash, onion jam & thyme jus✅ Desserts: Pistachio crème brûlée ✅ Passionfruit & mango crème ‘bavaroise’✅ The strawberry one ✅ Coffees✅✅✅ All this, and we felt pleasantly satisfied. Excellent combination of tastes, textures and serving sizes. Perfectly timed service. Not rushed. Love this place!!!
