We went here for Sunday brunch to celebrate my youngest daughter's thirteenth birthday as she is an aspiring pastry chef. The service was outstanding, Dylan was our server and he was very attentive. I saw prior reviews that weren't as favorable, but this is Disney and you are paying for service, ambiance and our brunch was fabulous. We are a family of 6 (2, adults, and 4 teens 13-18) and we bought an entire cake to go so I believe without the cake it was probably about $50/person, we had 3 appetizers (French baguette, warm butter croissant and the French toast bites), all specialty beverages and 6 entrees. 3 of my kids had waffle entrees, 1 had pancakes, my husband had the croque monsieur and I had the ham, rosemary and goat cheese quiche. Everything was fantastic and served in exquisite form. Dylan also graciously took pictures of us at the table and by the carousel in the center of the main dining room. In my mind, the visit was well worth a special occasion/vacation. The quiche was certainly the best I have ever had and paired well with the arugula salad. The rose cappuccino was definitely a unique treat and the cinnamon donut holes served with the matcha latte were divine.

We had a wonderful experience at Summer House. We checked in for our reservation and were seated in less than five minutes. Our waitress was super kind accommodating, always checking to refill our water and asking if we needed anything. Food was fantastic! I had the sangria and the Cobb salad, my daughter had the pizza and mu husband had the caesar salad with ahi tuna. All delicious!!! Generous portion sizes. I will definitely will be coming back. 10/10

Absolutely awesome place that seems to be one of the few places arouns Sebring that has that true “Florida Vibe”.

Reservation honored on time. Service was on the slow side even though there appeared to be plenty of staff but it was Valentines day and the restaurant was full. The menu was three courses with a varied selection. First course wedding soup and Caesar salad were excellent as were the hot slices of bread. Main course selection chosen was fruiti de mar. Portions were large. The quality of seafood was average. For desert, there were three choices. The ones selected were excellent. Being Valentine’s day, the menu was special, not their usual one. Preference would have been for their regular menu. Overall, this is a high end restaurant with the ambience, quality of service and offerings to back it up. My wife and I have been here several times now and will be back. It is that good.

Thank goodness it was a lot less salty than our last visits from over a year ago! For years I complained about them using too much salt (as bad for you as sugar). We finally just stopped going when they still oversalted every single dish! This time we tried them again and as usual, I asked for low sodium. The cheese rolls were still salty on top, but the salmon bowl was not....thought they did also put the dressings and condiments on the side for me. I preferred the condiments/dressings on the side to use sparingly. Having high blood pressure is more the norm today so IMO, all restaurants need to be cognizant of the sodium aspect. The waitress was very good and the pace of the meal was too. The food was great and my sp Cod was humongous and tasty! We will be back!
