Always lives up to my expectations. Service and food were great.

I cannot recommend this location enough. Despite the super busy venue due to a concert next door, the staff were accommodating, friendly, and quick with our meals and drinks. It’s a wonderful ambiance with sensational food, music and service. I cannot recommend our server Megan enough. Such a sweetheart who joked with us, and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 dining experience.

Arlo is one of our favorite restaurants in Ottawa. Once again, we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding. The service was excellent; the waitress knew the menu and the wine list well. The quality of the food was worth the price.

We had a lovely table in the restaurant section! The food tasted amazing. Next time I would try the mussels… the table next to us ordered them and they looked so good. The food and drink came at the same time which I always find odd when drinks don’t come first.

Stick with the fajitas. The special was uneven. One shrimp taco was hot and spicy and the others were bland. The churros were overcooked and dry. The table side guacamole was disappointing this time. Too many ingredients and turned out sour. The service was uneven and not as attentive as in the past. It was busy so I will give them that. Next time I would not order the special.
