You’d be forgiven for thinking the pint-sized spot in the new Oxley precinct is just a cafe, but oh, how wrong you’d be.Headed up by Brodie Green, the founder behind Burleigh Heads coffee institution Seadog and The Oxley precinct star Buoy, Moustache has a strong ethos of keeping it simple, and doing it damn well. Created with the Mermaid Beach lifestyle in mind, Moustache effortlessly merges the laidback vibes of an espresso joint with the elegance of a wine bar. European influences are strong throughout—from the Italian-inspired breakfast dishes to the international vinos and Euro-esque small plates.

Etsu is a Japanese izakaya which focuses on local amazing produce in our dishes which are designed to be shared amongst friends. We have one of the largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar which we recommend served over hand cut ice or try one of our sakes or Japanese tap beers. You cannot go through life with out experiencing this restaurant. The food is outstanding, fresh with mouth watering flavours I couldn't get enough of. The wait staff are excellent, very attentive & seemed to be always there when we needed them without hovering. Wine selection is great & perfectly accompanied the food.
