Helmed by executive Chef Rainer Schwarz, the menu showcases an eclectic selection of seafood dishes that highlight the diversity of the Pacific. Menu highlights include hand-shucked oysters, salmon, octopus, swordfish and lobster, prepared with nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients. Driftwood also offers alternative menu items for landlubbers, such as dishes made of chicken or steak.Driftwood Kitchen and Stateroom Bar is open all through the week. In addition to its dinner menu, the restaurant serves brunch 7 days a week between 9 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. The airy dining room is a great place to enjoy a casual business lunch or a fun outing with friends. 1912年、フォレスト通りの曲がり道で、23歳のジョー・ジャーラスがラグーナ・ランバー社を創設し、彼と父親（葉巻製造手で、最初の郵便局長および不動産代理人）は現在の美しいフランス・ノルマンディー風の建物を建てました。木材置き場の開業前は、建築材料をラバに引かせたり、潮に乗せて浮かべたりして運ぶ必要があり、ラグーナ・ビーチの住人は300人にも満たない数でした。木材置き場の開業後、この地域はかつてない勢いで成長し、テントの町から繁華な都市へと変貌を遂げました。ラグーナ・ランバー社は73年間にわたり営業を続け、うち62年間はこの場所で営業していました。その建物は、第一次世界大戦中にジョーが海外へ出かけた経験から影響を受けており、町の美観に最も大きな影響を与えた建物の一つとなっています。このランドマークの影響で、ダウンタウンの多数の店舗の正面と、町中の家々が、土壁と瓦屋根がある半木骨造で美しく装飾されています。現在、384 Forestは現代的なアメリカンレストラン Lumberyardの出発点となっています。
