While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. During a pandemic it is difficult to operate at maximum efficiency and capacity. We have very limited seating, and we need extra time to carefully prepare our kitchen and dining area for your safety. 車で行きましたので、最初にレモネードを注文。キャンプファイヤー・フィースト・フォー２を注文して3人でシェアしました。前菜にポテトスキン、メインにプライムリブステーキ、サイドメニューにステーキスープ・フレンチフライ・マッシュポテト・グリルシュリンプの４種類を選んで、最後にニューヨークスタイルチーズケーキを注文しましたが、ソールドアウトだった為、クリームブリュレで締めました。コストパフォーマンスが良く、お店の雰囲気もサービスも最高でした。
