The Bamboo Restaurant has a unique location, as it actually spans across a small stream in the heart of the plantation. Constructed from local bamboo and tropical rainforest hard woods with an open air aspect, it blends in perfectly with the surrounding flowers and vegetation. During the day the tropical gardens give shade and color to the bamboo timbered restaurant and in the evening the candlelight provides a warm romantic rainforest ambiance. Guests can also enjoy a selection of exotic cocktails, rums, wines and champagnes from around the world. The Bamboo Restaurant offers a le carte options for both lunch and dinner with a fusion of Caribbean and St. Lucian cuisine. The lunch menu has been thoughtfully designed to have lighter, healthier dishes. The dinner menus are created with the freshest produce found in the resort’s gardens, including local farmed fresh water shrimps.
