Saltine, named as a nod to the plain cracker often served with seafood, pays homage to Jackson's rich history with oysters and seafood. Oysters are sourced from the Gulf of Mexico, east and west coasts and Canada and served raw, smoked, wood-fired and fried. As always, great food, great service, perfect dining experience. Steaks are best in the area and the wine list can cover the needs of any range. Love this place. Oh - and got a couple bottles of their TERRIFIC steak seasoning to go. If you've not discovered this, get some lots of places locally, use it on almost everything.
