We specialize in events and host live music at our venue every Saturday night. Be sure to taste our estate grown, gold-medal "Hometown Salute" port-style wine which pairs perfectly with our infamous gourmet Bruschetta appetizer. Groups larger than 6 people, please call 940-995-3100.Book your table under our covered pavilion overlooking the beautiful Red River Valley where we offer wine by the glass, wine flights, and bottles of wine. Once seated, you may order from our menu. NO outside food or drink, and no dogs under the pavilion. Reservations are 90 minutes. At the end of your reservation time, your group can move to a table on the shaded lawn or pergola to continue your stay. If you would like more than a 90 minute seating, please call us at 940-995-3100. No payment is required to book a reservation. The winery experience is aimed for adults 21 and older. If a minor is joining your party, we ask that they stay with an adult at all times and they are well-behaved. 12pm-6 pm Thursday and Friday, 11:30am-6:15pm Saturday, and 12pm-5pm Sunday

    My wife and I had a wonderful time at Haywire Plano. We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal. When we go back I'll be trying the 33oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye.
