Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. Went to Mama Louisa's with my husband on our search for a good Italian restaurant in Tucson since we are from NY. We were very pleased. The food was excellent. My husband had the veal parmigiana and I had linguine with white clam sauce. I will admit that my linguine was a bit overcooked but it tasted great. The breadsticks were also very tasty as was the canollli we had for dessert. Our server Redana was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return.
