Boasting glamorous wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a spacious marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant guests can relax watching the chefs in action in the open kitchen. With an exclusive menu taking guests on a journey of taste using the finest ingredients across Italy, guests can experience fish expertly filleted tableside, Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel.
