Our location brings out the best in fresh local seafood, dry aged beef, world-class wines and waterfront views - making The Restaurant at Alderbrook a destination in itself. The interior setting of The Restaurant at Alderbrook takes its inspiration from the outdoors with warm colors of chocolate brown and sage green representing the gardens and lawn of the resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multi-levels amplify views of the brilliant shore and snow-capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains. The cuisine showcases local seafood harvested from Puget Sound and Hood Canal. After all, our shores are encrusted with oysters, our docks lined with mussels, and our sea teems with salmon.

Temporarily Closed for winter upgrades. Hood Canale' is a unique Wine & Beer bar offering a retail wine shop as well. The bar, garden and waterfront areas serve Napolitano-style wood-fired pizza and charcuterie platters and more. Come in and try our signature Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pizza and pair it with one of our 800 bottles of champagne or wine from around the world. Set on the beautiful Hood Canal, there's nothing like enjoying a great glass of wine and watching the seals or salmon go by. We hope to see you soon.. We are 21 and over and we do not accept pets.     What a special place and special meal. My wife have been trying to dine here for over 25 years and we finally made it happen. We knew it was going to be a great night when we were seated at one of the widow seats. Didn't know that space had been added. We absolutely loved our waiter Patrick; we was spectacular in every way. Solid wine list at reasonable prices. Loved the Barbera d' Asti from northern Italy The local Washington oysters were a treat. Arancini (3) were hot and delish. Went for the classic Pink Door lasagna (I never order Lasagna in restaurants - Costco lasagna has ruined me forever on the dish!) However I loved this version - such subtle flavors. My wife had the pappardelle (she makes a number of great PD dishes) and she loved what she ordered. Ended the evening with the sticky toffee dessert which also was rich and memorable! It's clear the Pink Door know its lane and everything works. Every thing we ate was memorable and we can't wait to return and try what we didn't have a chance to enjoy. We flew up from Sacramento to see Beethoven's 7th at the Seattle Symphony. Thanks for your part in making our trip more than we ever could have hoped for.
