Dersou is a tribute to Akira Kurosawa's film "Dersu Uzala," which tells the unbreakable friendship between a Russian explorer and an elderly Mongolian hunter in the harsh landscapes of the Siberian taiga. Here, the restaurant offers a unique fusion of dishes and cocktails, akin to explorers and flavor hunters, and the menu is here to prove it.
