My wife and I had our most interesting, and fun, dining experiences of our life this evening at Spotos. We sat at the bar and were able to watch them making all the oyster and shrimp dishes and all the sushi - the people preparing these meals were friendly and highly skilled. Our waitress, all the waite staff, we interacted with attentive, were cheerful and very helpful (honestly, you don’t always see that these days). We were able to meet someone, Brent, was his name I think, that our waitress told us was the chef/owner - he was friendly and helpful as well. He was running a great establishment - I would suggest that if you are within 100 miles of this restaurant stop in and experience it for yourself.

We have been to Carmine's in Palm Beach and it never disappoints. Carmine's La Trattoria Restaurant is an awesome Italian Restaurant in Palm Beach. The parking is easy because they have a valet to park your car. There is an outside Bar as well as inside bar. You can sit either outside or inside. The food choices or many and they have a lunch specials and even serve breakfast. Try the rigatoni Al a Vodka or the Italian Wedding Soup. They place has a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.

It was our first visit here, but it will not be our last. The food, service, and wine list were all excellent. I had the halibut special and my wife had the Dover Sole. Both were excellent. We were in the inside dining room in the back of the restaurant, which was very quiet. Overall we has a wonderful dining experience and we will return when we visit Jupiter.

Our waitress, Amanda, was great. Knowledgeable about the entire menu and gave us good pairing advise as to drinks and meals.

Enjoyed a quiet Birthday lunch for my wife. We were seated promptly at a nice booth with a view of the water. Our server, Sergio, provided excellent service. We tried the Tuna Salad and the Beef Tenderloin Salad. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious! We look forward to visiting again soon.
