The bar is open daily and offers guests a comforting space to relax and lounge over a raw bar, drinking nibbles, and shareable options. The state of the art beverage program ranges from regional craft beers, specialty cocktails, a serious whiskey selection and a top-notch by the glass or bottle wine program. The talented culinary team serves culturally inspired cooking utilizing local ingredients with a modern twist. Reservations are set with a 90 minute time limit.

Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. Also available to book out for events.
