Pastavino translates to pasta & wine, the quintessential Italian experience, drawing inspiration from the traditional trattorias & enotecas throughout Italy. Michelin Star Chef Josh Laurano's menu focuses on modern interpretations of familiar Italian flavors, house made pastas, focaccia & secondi. We pride ourselves on seasonality, using local ingredients, and allowing them to be the soul of the menu - Materia Prima. If you do not see your desired time or party size please check RESY or call the restaurant directly . We do not put all tables online to allow for phone reservations and walk in's. Please include all guests in your party including those who may be in strollers or high chairs. While we love to celebrate life's special occasions with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing balloons into our dining rooms.We try our best to accomodate all requests and preferences, however tables located along the window are seated on a first come first served basis.

Don Cheech is an Italian American Restaurant created by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. He got inspired by his old neighborhood, the old school NYC Little Italy (Mulberry Street) Cuisine where exceptionally well-prepared food was served in an elegant comfortable setting. The Food resembles that same history, Chef Massimo Felici takes his culinary expertise and apply it to this new venture taking cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and the future.     First visit to Don Cheech for my party of 4 and we will be back. Fantastic service , great ambiance and the food was spectacular. Great bar with wide selection The oysters are served cold and fresh . We had the veal valdastana and chicken parm for entrees which were the best I have ever had. Mas and his wife (the owner) are on site , personable and great individuals. The quality , portions and service are worth it. Can’t wait to get back Thanks Don Cheech !

    After many evenings at Pastavino. I have not been disappointed by the food this far. There’s always a crowd that they do their best to accommodate. On our last visit, it was the first time we were harassed by the waiter regarding the amount of his tip after ignoring us for the last hour and a half we were there. How embarrassing and rude. There’s plenty of options on SI that negate the need to tolerate such behavior.
