The team at Copper Rock is truly exceptional! There’s simply no other restaurant within 100 miles that can match the five-star dining experience they deliver. George was our waiter during our last visit, and his attentiveness was second to none—our drinks were always full, and he made sure every dish met or exceeded our expectations. Jerry, our food runner/assistant waiter, added an extra layer of hospitality with his constant smile and kind words. Together, George and Jerry set the gold standard for service—if only more restaurants took hospitality as seriously! And let’s not forget Chaz, the ultimate maître d’. He’s the perfect person to greet you at the door—polished, professional, and always on point. Honestly, I can’t think of another restaurant that has someone as impeccably buttoned-up as Chaz leading the front of house. Copper Rock continues to raise the bar in every way!

The Kankee Grill at New Buffalo, Four Winds is a great place to eat . The food is delicious and workers are fantastic!
