Saltwater Fishery is a locally owned restaurant offering fresh seafood and steak in Dublin, GA. Our Partners wanted to bring the feel of the coast and the taste of the low country to Dublin. The ambiance within the restaurant alone is worth seeing and experiencing. Saltwater Fishery also offers a rooftop bar better known as the Flybridge as a place to come relax while enjoying cocktails underneath the palm trees. Dance the night away on Friday and Saturday nights with live music on the stage . Food from the Tiki Hut is also available on the Flybridge. We provide our guests with a great place to come eat, drink, and relax with family and friends. Company Supply offers award winning contemporary Cajun and Creole cuisine with a "Southern Spin". New Orleans native, Richard Mascaro and his wife Colby returned to her home town and opened the doors in 2015. Diners enjoy casual elegance in the restored F.W. Woolworth building located next to Jackson Plaza. Creative takes on Southern and Creole Cuisine bring traditions like our award winning Catfish Perdu, Crawfish Étouffée and Grits and Grillades to Dublin. Craft cocktails, an ever-changing 16 beer craft tap and the freshest oysters in Middle Georgia are just a little "lagniappe" to the beautiful building we call home. Our Bar Side stage boasts live acts from around the region Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with regular performances on Jackson Plaza in front of the fountain.
