Chef Jay and Chef Sam work passionately in collaboration with Sandy to bring this vision to fruition by developing irresistible flavours to Swagman. We love going to Rosemont Hall for a meal and have never been disappointed with the food. When you have great food, excellent service and a reliable booking service you are on a winner. The great atmosphere just tops it off. Full marks to the staff and operators of this cherished and much loved establishment
