Firebirds in Collegeville was as busy as ever this Saturday. The food and service remained the same as usual, outstanding.

Everything was awesome. We went for brunch and had a bloody Mary, a mimosa, a coffee, a mistletoe spritz and their bubbly wine sampler. We had eggs, Benedict and a bacon omelette with avocado. The potatoes were really good too. This place is a real jewel and the food quality and value was outstanding The service was great too We sat in the tarped in patio area which was decorated really nice, along with the rest of the place, for the holiday. We were the only ones there at 11 in the morning and connected with the owner and several servers and all were very nice, friendly and accommodating 

Great lunch! Will definitely return. First time for my daughter and daughter in law, but we were all pleased.

This is the second time we have dined here and it again did not disappoint. The food and service were fantastic!

Everyone was friendly, food was delicious. Great place for a special occasion.
