Bata is a restaurant designed to celebrate the best our region has to offer. We cook over a live oak fire, on our custom fabricated hearth. Our menu changes daily. We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The large antipasto was wonderful! Chicken tasty, but the clams were small and not great. As my partner said, don’t order clams in the desert anyhow!

Sports bar/restaurant that is a great choice if you need to stay close to the TUS airport. Menu has a nice variety, place is modern and comfortable with big screens but it's the lovely staff who make the most impact. Friendly, helpful and charming.
