We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our evening at Coopers Hawk. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They’re very well staffed. The food was all freshly made. We had a really yummy buratta and sausage flat bread to start and although the pretzel rolls aren’t healthy it was warm and enjoyed. The menu is very big and can accommodate different palates. I had a “life balance” (healthier/lower calorie) salmon dish and my partner enjoyed a short rib risotto. We finished the evening with a warm Cookie with Tilamook ice cream. We will be back.

Waitress was fantastic! Friendly and very good at checking if we needed anything else and was prompt with requests.

Our server, Grace, was terrific. Our lunch was simply excellent. Always a great meal and service at Frankenmuth!

All of the food was incredible! The honey whipped ricotta was to die for, and the mimosa flight was great as well. Most of all, the service was great - we absolutely plan on coming back!
