Billy’s is always consistent in quality. Our waiter was great but the wrong appetizers were brought to our table and that server just looked confused and almost knocked over my wine glass. We never received our bread service during the meal, which is usually included. It was Christmas Eve so they were busy and seemed to be handling things well.

Food was great - filet was cooked perfectly med rare, snapper was very flavorful, while lobster was fairly small, it was cooked to perfection. Service is always attentive. Best restaurant in Roanoke!

Surprised by food quality in a good way. Service was superior. I even commented to my wife that every staff member was HUSTLING and attentive. It was actually fun to watch. Very good experience.

Wonderful place to meet up with friends! We met @ W&H for the first time on December 19, 2023, so naturally we went this year on December 19. And, you guessed it, plan to go on December 19, 2025!! Stephanie, our waitress, actually recognized us!! She was so attentive, personable and accommodating!! We lacked for nothing!! Wonderful atmosphere, excellent waitstaff and delicious food.
