Hierbei treffen Oma´s Rezepte auf junge Küche und bilden damit das Herzstück der Bimm'. Erzgebirgische Speisekultur ist uns eine Herzensangelegenheit, die wir pflegen und bewahren möchten. Die erzgebirgische Küche kann mit vielen Spezialitäten aufwarten. Die Zubereitung von Speisen und hauseigenen Rezepten sind über Generationen hinweg erhalten geblieben.
