Our name - SMOKE. Woodfire Grill - signifies the unique dining experience we offer our guests here in Tulsa. Each of the proteins we use in our dishes have either been prepared over the open flame of our woodfire grill or slow smoked. And, if you prefer, you are welcome to enjoy a different kind of smoke in our hermetically sealed cigar lounge before after or during your meal. Our guests are free to choose one of our premium cigar options from our humidor or bring their own. Our cuisine is described as “Inspired American” in genre and “Locally Sourced” in philosophy and ingredients. We believe that changing the dishes on our menu seasonally not only allows us to continue to use only the freshest ingredients but also gives our creative culinary team the opportunity to continually “wow” our regular guests. Chef Andrew Donovan leads an incredible team of chefs in creating our seasonal, from scratch menus. We feature dishes from our wood fired oven and grill as well as house made pastas and breads. We are famous for our Wood Fired Empanadas and Hummus and Flatbread, but you will find much to explore on this incredible chef driven menu. We feature a chefs counter where you can sit and watch the action of the kitchen. Our front dining room has a romantic atmosphere filled with plants, vines and candles. Our back dining room is the perfect place for a business dinner and is available to be booked privately for up to 26 guests. We are located in the Tulsa Art's District across from the Guthrie Green. The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. When the weather is nice, the patio is open and dogs are more than welcome to visit The Wild Fork with their owners.There is a complete wine list to order from at The Wild Fork. A popular lunch item is the Wild Caesar salad served with olives, feta, artichokes and parmesan. For something a bit heavier, try our lobster pasta with lemon butter sauce, toasted bread crumbs and capers.

Went to dinner on a Friday evening to celebrate our anniversary. I had the pork chop and the wife had the filet. Both were perfect. Service was great. It was a little loud in there, but it was Friday night and just a few days before Christmas. If you're looking for something a little quieter, you might want to try a different date/time, but you definitely need to try it.

There were five of us that ate there and we had different meals and tried multiple appetizers. Everything was packed with flavor and really good. If I had to pick on anything it would be the brisket Mac, it was good but a little bland compared to everything else we had. Service was excellent, drinks were good, I will be going back!

Overall the food was delicious, especially the nice warm rolls and the lettuce wedge with creamy blue cheese and bacon. The ribeye steak was cooked as requested. The staff was friendly and catered to your needs.
