Reservations are for tables in each our four unique dining rooms while the Bar welcomes guests on a first come first serve basis. In 1992, thrown together on Cape Cod by political circumstances none of them could have predicted, four young Yugoslavs founded Pain D'Avignon.Their goal was to recreate the Old World Traditions using baking techniques and recipes barely changed in centuries. Their founding principle: fine breads deserve to be at the center of the dining experience, not a mere afterthought. At their Hyannis bakery, the timeless art of bread making is both revered and respected. Mike was an amazing server! We will always request him at our future visits. So personable, funny, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The limoncello crème brûlée was out of this world!! The steak an poivre is still our top steak dish on Cape. Espresso martinis were an excellent way to end the meal. Another fantastic dinner at Leonessa!! You can count on us being back!

It was a cute classy brunch spot on the cape with a piano and nice chandelier long table room as nice touches - service was great and food was really good - would love to come back again and check out dinner. The cappuccino, croquet monsieur, and their spin on the Bloody Mary are must-trys!

Visiting Hyannis from out of state and decided to try Embargo. Definitely one of the best decisions ever. Drinks, food and service were some of the best we've ever experienced. Would make a trip back just to go there again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try Embargo.
