They presented it to us before cooking and said it would be ready in 3 to 5 minutes. It turned out what they really said was 35 minutes! It was worth the wait though. Apps were very good too (scotch ramen egg, cucumbers, hamachi crudo). We tried the tsukumen for the first time. Love the thicker noodles and the thicker dipping sauce.
