The hospitality cannot be matched in Lewes at any restaurant, and the quality and innovation in the kitchen is also the best Lewes has to offer. We had the cheese board and the foie gras, followed by the chicken and the pork chop. All of the food was prepared and presented perfectly. And the wine list was exceptional.
