Our waitress was phenomenal. With it being Restaurant Week it was a little busier so we understood we'd have to wait a little longer. But she did a great job at checking in and asking if we needed anything. All the entrees/appetizers we ordered were great. Enjoyed coming here for my dad's birthday.

Our waitress, Dominic was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable, one of the best we’ve ever had. The the food and drinks were delicious as always and we enjoyed ourselves.

First time to Rooster’s Ballantyne. It was mid afternoon and plenty of sunshine. The hostess told us there were shades ordered and on the way. The restaurant is open and spacious with a nice sized bar. We sat in a booth. The mid afternoon menu is abbreviated but enough quality items exist with most of the signature sides available. We had wings, pizza, and a burger. They were all good. The Mac and cheese is rich but so good! I recommend lunch but the dinner menu has the most food choices. Noble food group always delivers!

We had a very pleasant experience. The highlight of our trip to the pump house was our server Johnny. He was very knowledgeable, kind, explaining and fun. He is very open and makes you feel like you belong even if it’s your first time to the Pump House.

Easily my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. The food and service are impeccable. The appetizers and fresh seafood were the stars of the menu. However, the pork chop and sides were phenomenal as well. The chicken friend lobster tails were my favorite item and I will be dreaming about them until I return. I do think the crab claws were a bit overpriced, but this is not a place to go when you are on a budget. Definitely a special occasion place for me and I look forward to my next visit!
