The restaurant is situated next to the Applegate River with a large balcony overlooking the river and beautiful views of the historic bridge. The Lindsay is proud to serve food sourced almost exclusively from the Applegate Valley. The menu has been created by Executive Chef John Blevins and features unique dishes centering around the New American cuisine. The bar features beer, Applegate Valley wine, craft cocktails and an extensive bourbon selection.

I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.​Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love.
